Nonno Emilio’s House in Palinuro is a spacious house with sea view terraces in an apartment complex.
The sea view apartment is located on a hillside, close to the Palinuro nature park. It accommodates a maximum of 5 people and consists of two bedrooms, one double and the other with separable single beds and a small sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry corner with washing machine, two bathrooms.
The air-conditioned house also has a dishwasher.
On the main terrace you can also enjoy outdoor shower. From here, up a spiral staircase you will find yourself on another terrace where you can hang out your laundry.
You will have private parking space, plus you will have access to a tennis court and children’s playground in the common outdoor spaces of the house complex.
The house has two entrances, to enter from the more convenient one you will have to walk down a driveway at the end of which you will have to climb a flight of stairs.
